The Overnight Security / Front Office Host Overnight (Part Time) plays a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and seamless overnight experience for our guests. This hybrid role supports both Night Audit/Front Office operations and overnight Security functions, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining the safety and security of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services & Front Office Support - Assist with the guest registration process, check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries. Communicate hotel services, amenities, and promotions while creating opportunities for warm, casual conversation that enhances the guest experience.
  • Payment & Administrative Tasks - Process forms of payment, assist with basic night audit tasks, and support overnight operational needs.
  • Safety & Security Oversight - Monitor the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property throughout the overnight shift.
  • Incident Response - Follow established safety and security procedures, respond to incidents, and complete required reports accurately and promptly.
  • Property Monitoring - Conduct routine patrols, observe activity throughout the hotel, and ensure secure access to restricted areas.

The budgeted rate for this position is $21 /hour + $1/hour overnight shift premium.
