Looking for a night shift where you're more than just a number? Our Med/Surg team is known for its compassionate leadership, low turnover, and strong sense of camaraderie. We care for patients with a wide range of acute medical needs, giving you the chance to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment. With leaders who are present and deeply invested in your success, this is a night shift that offers stability, impact, and community.
  • Schedule: 7pm-7am, Nights, Full-Time (Shift Diff from 11pm-7am)

What We're Looking For
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: One year preferred. Assisted Living facilities only: One year experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required
  • Licensure/certification/registration: Completion of NAI program required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. Medication Safety - AME required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required.
  • Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
