Who We Are:

At Morningstar Marinas, we love what we do and we hope it shows. We’ve created a community of boaters who come together to enjoy life on the water, and our role is to provide best-in-class services and amenities designed to make it happen. With coastal locations in VA, GA, FL, inland lake locations in NC, and river location in OH, we strive for our customer experiences to be as jaw-dropping as our settings.

Who We’re Looking For:

A dockhand for our Golden Isles Morningstar Marina: a people-person and team player who loves to lend a helping hand, make people smile, and knock out a checklist. We’re looking for a can’t-sit-still type who is drawn to the outdoors and whose ideal job is in the sun, on their feet, and with a team of equally passionate, fantastic people working toward the same goal: a superior customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build relationships
  • Take pride in our operation, service, and appearance, constantly looking for and acting on ways we can be better
  • Improve and maintain our property and facilities daily
  • Work with boats and boaters, learning marine skills and tricks of the trade
  • Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines

What You Need:

  • Independence & intuition; curiosity & creativity
  • A “can do & happy to” attitude
  • Ability to move comfortably around the property, doing hands-on work
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • High School diploma or GED
