Job description

Join a well-established hospital-based OB/GYN team in Casper, WY as a full-time hospitalist focused on overnight coverage. This role is hospital-based onlyโ€”no clinic, no outpatient responsibilities, and no traditional on-call duty.

Work Schedule

  • Primarily 12-hour overnight shifts; option to mix 12- and 24-hour shifts per physician preference
  • Typical full-time hospitalist schedule: eight 24-hour shifts or 10โ€“12 twelve-hour shifts per month
  • Supportive, collaborative hospitalist model

Clinical Environment

  • >1,100 births per year
  • Six labor and delivery rooms and a dedicated C-section suite
  • 10 private family-sized postpartum rooms with pull-out couches
  • Level II Nursery with respiratory support
  • 24/7 in-house pediatric hospitalist coverage

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active Wyoming medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Current DEA registration
