  • Assist with training new employees on shipping and receiving, warehouse procedures, material handling, and inventory systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to inventory, order discrepancies, or material flow within the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety guidelines, including proper PPE usage and safe forklift operation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs independently and more with assistance
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb for extended periods during warehouse operations
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Must be able to wear required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, eye and hearing protection)
