What You’ll Do:
  • Operate and monitor Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines.
  • Run up to 5 machines at the same time in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prepare, inspect, and maintain equipment for safe operation.
  • Use basic hand tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow OSHA and Prysmian safety standards.
  • Report safety concerns immediately.
  • Support production as directed by supervisors.
  • Work reliably and contribute to a strong team environment.

What You Bring:
  • Manufacturing experience preferred — not required.
  • Ability to perform very physically demanding work.
  • Ability to use standard hand tools.
  • Must not be color blind.
  • Ability to multitask and run multiple machines at once.
  • Strong reliability and willingness to learn.
