Location: Arizona
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual mental health services to adults across Arizona. This role involves working with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, stress, or major life changes.

The LCSW will provide ongoing psychotherapy, assess clinical needs, establish appropriate treatment goals, and support clients in improving emotional well-being and daily functioning. This is a fully remote position with a consistent weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct clinical assessments and identify client needs and treatment priorities
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based interventions appropriate to each client's concerns
  • Monitor changes in symptoms, functioning, and overall progress
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Assess risk and respond appropriately to safety concerns
  • Coordinate referrals or additional services when clinically necessary

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Arizona
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program

  • Ability to manage a full caseload and clinical documentation independently
