Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services through a secure telehealth platform for clients in the Tampa area. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, build treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, grief, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns.

This position is a good fit for an LCSW who values meaningful client work, clear clinical documentation, and the ability to provide care from a remote setting.

Job Details

  • Location: Jacksonville, FL
  • Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client needs, goals, and presenting concerns
  • Create and update treatment plans based on client progress
  • Use appropriate clinical interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and related concerns
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed
  • Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for remote behavioral health care

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
  • Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
