Do overnight hospital maintenance night shifts pay more?

Overnight hospital maintenance night shifts often pay higher wages or shift differentials compared to daytime shifts, as employers compensate for working outside regular hours. This extra compensation aims to attract staff to work during less desirable hours and may be reflected in hourly rates or overtime pay if applicable.
