Job description

As the People Operations Coordinator, you'll be the go-to partner ensuring VTS runs smoothly and employees feel supported from day one. You'll own key people processes like onboarding, benefits support, and payroll coordination, while serving as a first point of contact for our team. This role is a great opportunity to grow your People Operations skills and make a direct impact on the employee experience.

** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week. **ย 

Here's what you can expect as a People Operations Coordinator:

  • You'll build relationships with our amazing team and support our fast-paced business
  • Partner with the People Operations team to coordinate and implement initiatives related to people processes, benefits and company-wide projects.
  • Lead the new hire People Operations and Benefits orientation sessions, making a great first impression for all new VTS team members
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and track progress on key People initiatives
  • Coordinate and document core talent processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and new hire communications
  • Manage monthly benefits billing reconciliation and act as the first point of contact for benefit-related inquiries.
  • Oversee administrative tasks for HRIS and benefits systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on global payroll reviews
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions on benefits and People processes
