To thrive as an Overnight Help Desk Technician, you need strong troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of computer systems and networks, and typically an associate degree or relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+. Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote desktop tools, and IT service management platforms is commonly required.
