While both roles involve window-related work, Overnight Glazing focuses on installing or replacing glass during off-hours, often requiring specific glazing certifications. Window Fitters typically install new windows and doors during regular hours, with a broader focus on fitting and finishing. Understanding these differences helps in choosing the right career path or job search focus.

Is overnight glazing a hard job?

Overnight glazing can be physically demanding, requiring strength, stamina, and attention to safety protocols. The job often involves working in low-light conditions, handling large glass panes, and maintaining focus during long shifts, which can be challenging for some workers.
