The Auto Glass Technician plays a critical role in ensuring vehicle safety and customer satisfaction through expert installation and repair of auto glass. Working independently, this technician provides mobile services that include servicing standard passenger vehicles and commercial trucks or vans, specializing in windshields and various types of auto glass. The position requires direct daily interaction with customers, emphasizing quality workmanship and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Perform glass installation and repair on standard passenger vehicles and commercial trucks/vans
  • Deliver mobile service, traveling locally to customer locations
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand needs and provide service updates
