Job description

Custom Shower & Mirror Installer

Hiring Lead & Helper Positions

We are seeking experienced professionals for high-end residential glass installation. This is a full-time role for those who take pride in precision and quality craftsmanship.

The Work

  • Measure & Install: Handle custom frameless shower enclosures (heavy glass) and large-scale mirrors from start to finish.
  • Technical Precision: Must be able to add/subtract fractions and apply basic geometry/angle measurements for a perfect fit.
  • Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site.

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday availability.
  • Overtime: Daily overtime is a standard part of the schedule.
  • Compensation: Top pay offered for top-tier skills and experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Specific background in shower doors and custom mirror installation.
  • License: Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Communication: Must be able to speak English fluently to interact with clients.
