Direct Care Staff 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am & 6PM-2AM
Summary:
Direct Care Staff will provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to residents while also continually supervising THRIVE students. You will love this job!
Responsibilities-Duties:The 3rd shift Direct Care staff is responsible to the Campus Manager and LEAD Staff
Regular student check during your shift
Work with other departments to comply with all COGNIA & TCUSA regulations
Assist and prepare breakfast for next shift
Laundry and Stock paper products in closet
Check messages on phone write list
Set house alarm/charge cameras
Use the checklist to check supplies
Search for contraband in rec room, living room, and dining room
Check: air filters, light bulb and water container
Administer discipline as is necessary according to THRIVE policies
Minister to students as opportunity arises and/or during scheduled sessions
All other duties as assigned by Director or Campus Manager
Requirements
Qualifications
• Shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement
• Knowledge of Christian discipleship and mentor relationships
• High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
30 hours of training in childcare or related field (Provided by THRIVE)
Maintain First Aid and CPR certification (Certification training provided by THRIVE)
At least 1-year full time ministry experience
