Our Direct Support Professional positions in Fairport, New York and Penfield, New York offer a meaningful opportunity to work within your community. DSPs provide hands-on support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community involvement. What does that mean? It means you'll help adults with some of their most critical needs including:

Personal Care: Helping people with hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the toilet.

Meal Preparation and Assistance: cooking, serving meals, and supporting people with eating, if needed.

Medication Administration: Assisting with prescribed medications under supervision.

Household Management: Helping with cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
