At Hyatt Centric, we are curators of the neighborhood and champions of guest experience. The Overnight Facility Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the hotel operates safely, efficiently, and seamlessly during overnight hours.
This position blends engineering expertise, safety leadership, and guest-focused service, serving as the overnight leader responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property while ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and colleagues.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, service-driven, and confident in independent decision-making, embodying Hyatt's purpose of care in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary leader on property overnight in the absence of senior leadership
- Oversee hotel operations, ensuring all departments are supported as needed
- Maintain situational awareness of occupancy levels, VIPs, and group activity
- Communicate effectively with morning leadership teams via logs, reports, and handoffs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity, safety incidents, and follow-up actions
- Support and guide overnight colleagues, fostering teamwork and accountability
