Description

We are seeking an Overnight Direct Care Specialist to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale. Most of our group homes house sibling groups and a standard cohort. As a Direct Care Specialist, you will provide daily care, transportation, and emotional support to the children. Overnight responsibilities consist of bed monitoring, deep cleaning, chores such as laundry, dishes, tidying up and ensuring bathrooms are fully stocked. Checking inventory levels and notifying supervisor of any items needing replenishment. Facilitate Morning Routine, transport clients to school. Complete final QA check of the house.


Pay:
40 Hours: $15.15 per hour
6.0 OT Hours: $22.73 per hour

- Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children 

- Must be 21 or older 

- Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record 

- Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one 

- Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
