Join our team as Food & Beverage Director!
Are you ready to lead the flavor parade? As Food & Beverage Director, you'll keep every bite and sip delicious while making sure guests and team members have a blast. You'll juggle budgets, boost sales, and inspire your crew-all while serving up smiles and top-notch eats. Sometimes, you'll even put on the chef hat and get creative in the kitchen. If you love great food and great vibes, this is your starring role!
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meal Mastermind: Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage prep and service-from Restaurant to Banquets-using standardized recipes for delicious, picture-perfect dishes.
  • Cleanliness Captain: Keep every corner spotless, sanitized, and safe, while slashing waste and boosting efficiency.
  • Menu & Event Maestro: Dream up memorable meals and events, guiding the Chef on pricing and setups for wow-worthy banquets.
  • Operations Overlord: Lead kitchen staff, manage every outlet, and create show-stopping displays to keep things running smooth.
  • Trust Champion: Safeguard sensitive info, cash, and secure areas, all while repping the company with warmth, professionalism, and rock-solid integrity.
  • Road Warrior: Hit the road safely for company business, handling every trip with care.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or related field, with an associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree.
  • Required certifications: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology.
  • Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis.
  • Familiar with hotel operations, functions of each department, and industry trends.
  • Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments.
