About This Job
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you serve as a pivotal leader, steering the financial health and strategic direction of our organization. You craft and execute financial strategies that drive sustainable growth, optimize performance, and ensure fiscal integrity. This role demands a visionary leader who provides critical insights, manages financial risks, and champions sound financial practices across all operations. You directly impact our ability to achieve ambitious business objectives and maintain a strong competitive position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes comprehensive Strategic Financial Planning initiatives, aligning financial goals with overall business strategy.
  • Oversees all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to support executive decision-making.
  • Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant Financial Reporting to stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Guarantees strict adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) in all financial operations and reporting.
  • Manages and optimizes Cash Flow Management, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient utilization of capital.
  • Provides strong Leadership to the finance department, including hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance of team members.
  • Applies keen Business Acumen to translate financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions and drive operational efficiency.
  • Establishes and implements robust Risk Management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Designs and maintains effective Internal Controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Leads financial due diligence and integration efforts for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), evaluating potential opportunities and executing transactions.
  • Advises the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance, capital structure, and investment strategies.
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience
  • Possesses a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years at a CFO or VP Finance level.
  • Demonstrates a track record of successful financial management in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Includes substantial experience in leading and executing M&A activities.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Exhibits expert knowledge in Strategic Financial Planning and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Commands deep expertise in Financial Reporting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Shows proven ability in Cash Flow Management and capital allocation strategies.
