The Quality Reporting Analyst develops support tools and dashboards for the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning within the Family and Social Services Administration. The role reviews approximately 300 monthly, quarterly, and annual reports from Managed Care Entities to ensure quality and contract compliance, and collaborates to revise reporting manuals based on policy updates and contract amendments. This position analyzes data reports and provides in-depth assessment of MCE submissions to support Medicaid programs serving Hoosiers.

Key qualifications:
  • 9+ years of experience in a similar role applying specialized program knowledge and analysis skills
