Location: Melbourne, FL 32904 (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $24 - $25/hour (W2)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Work Schedule: 9/80A (Every Other Friday Off)
About the Role
Northrop Grumman Global Supply Chain is seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations. This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in supply chain, logistics, and aerospace manufacturing.
As a member of the Goods Movement team, you'll support manufacturing operations by moving materials, performing inventory transactions, kitting production orders, shipping, receiving, and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
    • Pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials to manufacturing areas
    • Support warehouse material movement throughout the facility
    • Perform shipping and receiving activities
    • Load, unload, and transport materials using approved equipment
    • Execute inventory transactions and material tracking
    • Maintain organized and accurate warehouse inventory
    • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
    • Support internal customers with timely material delivery

Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED With 3-5 years work experience.
    • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting materials throughout the shift
    • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, retail, military, or material handling is preferred but not required
