Job description

As a full-time Outside Sales Representative for Tri-County Roofing & Gutters in Valparaiso, IN, you'll earn a competitive commission-based salary that rewards your hard work and dedication. Pay starts at $600/week plus 5% commission on gross sales, with half paid at the time of sale and the other half paid once the job is complete. Plus, we offer commission increases based on experience and performance!

This position comes with great benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance (employer contribution of 50%); life, AD&D, and short-term disability insurance; and 401K (up to 3% employer match). We provide our sales reps with a company vehicle, a fuel card, a mobile office, and a monthly cell phone stipend. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

  • 3+ years of experience as a sales rep

YOUR DAY AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Your typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with occasional appointments scheduled outside of those hours to meet client needs.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you work from your mobile office and fill your schedule with customers who need quotes on gutter and roofing projects or repairs. When you meet with them, you listen to their ideas and needs and perform a thorough inspection to determine the best course of action.

Thanks to our streamlined digital process, you can take photos and create customized proposals on the spot. You present the proposal to the customer, and they can sign it right then and there. Or if they need more time, you can email the proposal for a digital signature at their convenience. Once projects are confirmed, creating a work order from your mobile office is quick and efficient thanks to our top-notch real-time software.
