We are looking for an engaging, and driven individual to join our First Waterworks Outside Sales team. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships by selling products and services directly to customers in an assigned territory. This role involves face-to-face meetings, prospecting, account management, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with assigned and new customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and a Best-In-Class Customer Experience
  • Prepare and submit verbal and written proposals and quotations
  • Identify customer product needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and support
  • Participate in trade associations, customer functions and local business community affairs related to First Waterworks business
  • Monitor sales trends and product performance results
  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
  • Knowledge of waterworks products and customers
