Effective time management and route planning are crucial for minimizing travel time and maximizing face-to-face interactions. Many companies provide CRM tools and mapping software to help sales reps organize visits and track customer interactions. Collaboration with inside sales teams and sales managers is also common to share insights and align on targets. Adapting to changes—like last-minute client requests or shifting priorities—is a regular part of the role, making flexibility and strong organizational skills essential.
