Outside Services AttendantPosition Summary

The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests while maintaining the daily operations of the golf facility. Duties include bag handling, golf cart preparation and cleaning, driving range maintenance, and ensuring the outside golf operations are organized and professional at all times.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags
  • Work the bag drop area and provide valet-style service
  • Prepare, stage, and clean golf carts before and after play
  • Detail golf carts to maintain appearance and cleanliness standards
  • Pick and maintain the driving range, including collecting golf balls
  • Wash and organize range balls for daily use
  • Keep cart barns, practice areas, and staging areas clean and organized
  • Monitor and stock golf carts with necessary supplies
  • Assist with club storage operations
  • Provide directions and general club information to guests
  • Help maintain overall golf operations
  • Support tournament and event setup as needed
  • Follow all club safety procedures and service standards
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds
