Job description

Description:
  • Ensure golf carts are charged, clean and fully stocked prior to next use
  • Set up practice facilities (all ranges and short game)
  • Load member golf bags when necessary in accordance with tee times
  • Routinely pick practice ranges/short game area and clean/return balls to ranges
  • Maintain cart barn to highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Complete other duties, as necessary (trash, sand bottles, etc.)
  • Staff bag drop during operating hours to greet and assist members/guests upon arrival
  • Clean membersโ€™ clubs at completion of round
  • Ability and willingness to learn membersโ€™ names and greet them
Requirements:


  • Ideally, either play golf or have worked in golf previously
  • Able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
  • Able to lift 30-40 lbs
  • General knowledge of golf operations is ideal
  • A service-oriented mindset; project a sense of being approachable and professional
  • Comfortable engaging and interacting with members
  • Ability to be self-aware
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive
  • A dedication to helping maintain golf facilities
  • Ability to provide great customer service and provide the best experience to members and guests
  • Must have valid drivers license
