Golf Course Starter

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Start golfers on time according to daily tee sheet.
  2. Maintain pace of play on course by routine and regular trips around the course.
  3. Pair up golfers to create foursomes.
  4. Monitor guests and ensure adherence to golf course policies and procedures.
  5. Perform daily checks of course water coolers for cleanliness and maintenance.
  6. Monitor and remove refuse on the course.
  7. Monitor course conditions and report needed maintenance.
  8. Assist Golf Attendants as needed in staging of golf carts and transporting golf bags.
  9. Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
  10. Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
