Woodstock Club, founded in 1915, is a vibrant private club located in Indianapolis, IN. Woodstock Club is a 501(c)(7) organization with many amenities including a beautiful & stately clubhouse, 2 freshly renovated full-service dining rooms, multiple banquet rooms, 3 pools, 8 Har-Tru tennis courts, 3 platform tennis courts with a warming hut, 5 pickleball courts & a pristine 9-hole golf course. Woodstock’s staff & membership are notably warm and welcoming.


Dining Room Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking professional, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our dining team. Servers are responsible for providing attentive, high-quality food and beverage service in a seated dining environment. This role is ideal for individuals with customer service experience and a willingness to learn.


Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist members and guests in a timely, professional manner

· Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS system

· Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service

· Maintain clean and organized service stations and dining areas

· Work collaboratively with fellow team members and management

· Follow all opening, closing, and side work procedures


Qualifications:

· Must be 19 years of age or older

· Customer service experience required; prior serving experience preferred

· Strong communication and multitasking skills

· Positive attitude and team-first mindset

· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

· Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays


Compensation:

$12.00-$15.00/hour plus tips (Hourly rate varies depending on experience)
