Description

La Gorce Country Club is an exclusive 18-hole Private Club in the heart of iconic Miami Beach. All candidates must work well in the Outside Service staff team environment. Candidates should be hard workers, punctual, positive, self-motivated, and able to communicate with a broad range of personalities. The Outside Operations Staff works as a team to maintain the Valet/bag drop, practice facilities, bag room, and golf car fleet in exceptional condition on a daily basis. Looking for motivated individuals to work as a team. Golf Outside Operations experience is preferred.


This individual should have an outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. The individual must be able to quickly learn the operation and be able to communicate with all team members.

Requirements

  • Opening and Closing of The Outside Operations
  • Provide outstanding service and greet all members by name each time they arrive at the club.
  • Greeting all members and guests at Valet/Bagdrop setting up that great first impression.
  • Set up and oversight of Practice Facilities always ensuring the range is fully stocked with PROv1 balls and members have a great environment to work on their games.
  • Coordinating with Golf Shop for daily functions.
  • Manage first tee to ensure all members and guests accounted for on the tee sheet
  • Managing Cart Fleet
  • Bag Room organization and cleanliness
  • Handling of all members and guest clubs and cleanliness of said clubs
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Practice Facility
  • Assisting in Tournament Operations
  • Washing and detailing (as time allows) cart fleet and parking fleet in orderly fashion in cart barn.
  • Ensure that bag drop, clubhouse, parking lot, cart barn and cart wash areas are clean of trash and debris and all trash receptacles are kept orderly throughout the day and emptied after the day.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
