The Golf Club at Lansdowne is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Seasonal, Part-Time Golf Operations Manager. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. The Golf Club at Lansdowne is the premier destination for golf in Leesburg, Virginia. Located just 30 miles from Washington, D.C., our golf resort and private club offer a world-class player experience. The Golf Club at Lansdowne has 45 holes of golf open to members and overnight guests of the resort.
The Golf Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all outside golf operations to ensure a high-quality member and guest experience. This role manages, trains, and schedules the outside operations team, including bag room, cart staff, and practice facility attendants. The Manager ensures efficient daily operations, proper care and presentation of carts and practice areas, adherence to service standards, and coordination with the Golf Professional staff and course maintenance. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service are essential.
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour plus gratuities
