About the Role:
Buckeye West LLC is looking for an enthusiastic Golf Outside Service team member to join our crew in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ! This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic golf environment where no two days are the same. If you love golf and love people, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist golfers upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression
  • Manage golf cart staging, cleaning, and preparation for daily rounds
  • Assist players with golf bags, equipment, and loading/unloading vehicles
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bag drop, cart barn, and surrounding areas
  • Monitor and manage cart fleet throughout the day, including battery charging and maintenance checks
  • Support pace-of-play initiatives on the course as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests throughout their visit
Requirements:
  • Previous golf course or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona heat
  • Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags and equipment (up to 50 lbs)
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
