JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree (5 years of relevant experience can substitute for degree).
  2. Minimum three years of experience.
  1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience in all aspects of content management and dissemination workflow and systems to include creation, coordination, collaboration, review, visual production, dissemination, and respective mission drivers and policies.
  2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience mapping processes, identifying, analyzing and implementing scalable solutions for optimizing operative efficiency of content creation and management systems and processes.
  3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience defining content creation and management workflow and technical requirements.
  4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with requirements tracking and management tools.
  5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Agile development methodology.
  6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience interacting with multi-level stakeholders, development teams, and mission users.
  7. Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment and consulting in a multi-project environment.
  8. Demonstrated experience testing end-to-end requirements in applications for operational deployment.
  9. Demonstrated experience effectively drafting and coordinating clear and concise user acceptance criteria for requirements to include formulating criteria into varying formats and materials that summarize the specifics of the requested requirement into a detailed test scenario to varied audiences.

Summary/Objective

Pathoras is seeking qualified experienced Program Managers in all levels of experience to support the Sponsor’s publication-production application environment. Applicants must have the ability to work in a fast-paced mission-supporting, analytical environment, which manages mission requirements and introduces cutting-edge technologies. Applicants should have demonstrated multifaceted experience with program management and be professional, self-starting, extremely organized, quick learners, capable of bringing a creative and innovative approach, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

Essential Functions

  12. Test specific functionality in multiple applications, may require after core-hours support if necessary, for a deployment.
  13. Coordinate with the development team and testers to ensure successful approval of the application.
  14. Support stakeholder outreach and coordination.
  15. Support the release management point of contact with drafting acceptance criteria, validation testing, testing updates and deployment decisions for deliverables.
  16. Support the Sponsor with the planning, preparation, and delivery of training to customers based on testing knowledge.
  17. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for testing Sponsor applications
  18. Collect, track, and monitor testing data, as appropriate.
  19. Prepare and disseminate testing reports and associated documentation.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, office hours during the day

Travel

Travel may be requested and would be primarily local during the business day. CONUS and OCONUS travel opportunities may be available.

 Preferred Education & Experience

  1. Demonstrated experience with customer engagement efforts and supporting multiple concurrent applications.
  2. Demonstrated experience conducting user testing directly with customers and providing demos to customers in various settings.
  3. Recent, within the last 3 years, demonstrated on-the-job experience effectively translating and communicating mission requirements to software developers.
  4. Recent within the last 3 years, demonstrated on-the-job experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation.
  5. Recent, within the last 3 years, demonstrated on-the-job experience in problem resolution to include organizing and structuring solutions to complex problems.  This includes the ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and produce schedules.
  6. Demonstrated on the job experience or knowledge of at least one of the Sponsor's content management tools/applications.
  7. Demonstrated experience exhibiting communication and facilitation skills to include the ability to influence, coach and lead business and technology teams from conceptual model and methodology to tangible products such as business frameworks, performance value models and tactical actions.
  8. Demonstrated experience coordinating and offering suggestions for concept development, systems specifications, technical exchange, requirements generation, metrics and deployment decisions.
  9. Demonstrated experience working effectively in a dynamic team environment and with technical and non-technical officers.
  10. Demonstrated experience establishing strong customer relationships in order to coordinate and collaborate across areas.
