The role

Do you want to work at a company that's recognized as a market leader and ship industry-defining products for specialist audiences? This is an opportunity for a true craftsperson that is passionate about defining seamless workflow experiences that customers love to use every day.

You will design product experiences for our innovative AI-powered sales execution platform. Specifically, you will work on one of our core product line Guide - Conversational Intelligence solution. You'll collaborate with teams that own some of the most frequently used product surfaces on the platform, and you will shape the product's vision and roadmap with your cross-functional partners. You will grow a lot here - your experience at Outreach will take your skills to the next level.

  • Work with a highly adept team of Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to advance core product capabilities and bring new insights to streamline user flows.

  • Become an expert in the sales personas, their workflows, and user needs.

  • Drive or contribute to evangelize AI enabled design tools and processes in the design team

  • Have experience leading design for a major feature area or a new zero-to-one product independently and are confident bringing a strong and informed point of view.

  • You work with complete autonomy and can lead collaborative workshops across disciplines to frame problems and ideate solutions.

  • You're able to define entirely new product propositions and solve significant interaction complexity without a clear precedent, esp. for AI-powered features, and have a deep understanding of emerging design patterns and best practices for AI products.

  • You design and prototype at speed using the latest AI design tooling, exploring multiple solutions in parallel, proposing new interactions and UI patterns for conversational AI assistants, agentic automation workflows, prompt authoring patterns, observability and human-in-the-loop experiences.

  • Have experience participating in and driving research activities and utilizing the knowledge of customer needs to envision novel solutions in undefined problem spaces.

  • Are a systems thinker and can utilize, propose, and extend shared components and patterns of our design system.

  • Are passionate about the details and always keep pushing your work until it is refined, simple, elegant, and world-class.

  • You exemplify, maintain, and improve our design processes, introducing new methods, frameworks, and tools, to improve the design team's creativity and efficiency. Bonus points for driving whole initiatives from inception to shipped production code on your own.
