In this role, you will deliver high-quality mental health services to clients in an outpatient setting, focusing on promoting emotional well-being and supporting them on their personal growth journeys. You will play a crucial role in crafting individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of our clients.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we are a leading provider of mental health services committed to improving the lives of individuals and families. Our compassionate team of professionals is focused on delivering exceptional care that respects the unique experiences of each client. We leverage a solution-based approach to therapy, ensuring that every individual's journey is honored and supported. We are proud of our innovative strategies and evidence-based practices that guide our work every day.

Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible work schedule as it is remote-based, promoting a healthy work-life balance. As part of our outpatient counseling center, you will primarily provide services through virtual platforms, allowing for convenience and accessibility. You will manage appointments with clients, enabling a structured yet adaptable scheduling format tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine client needs and develop appropriate, personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address the unique challenges faced by clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and current research to stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment.

Your clientele will encompass a wide array of individuals seeking mental health support, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your intervention approaches to meet their unique cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in providing counseling services within a clinical or outpatient setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
  • Strong familiarity with ethical standards and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
  • Proven ability to build therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant digital tools for efficient practice management.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, contingent upon caseload and experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, malpractice insurance coverage, unlimited client referrals, and reduced administrative burdens as billing and paperwork are handled on your behalf. This allows you to focus more on client care and less on the business side of the practice.
