As part of our outpatient counseling center, you will primarily provide services through virtual platforms, allowing for convenience and accessibility. You will manage appointments with clients, enabling a structured yet adaptable scheduling format tailored to their needs.

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine client needs and develop appropriate, personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and current research to stay updated on advancements in mental health treatment.

Your clientele will encompass a wide array of individuals seeking mental health support, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in providing counseling services within a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Strong familiarity with ethical standards and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
• Proven ability to build therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant digital tools for efficient practice management.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, contingent upon caseload and experience.
