AdventHealth Sebring is seeking an Internal Medicine Program Director to lead and shape the next generation of clinicians in a rapidly growing training program. This role offers a unique blend of community charm and professional growth within a progressive program.   • Program will be home to 45 IM and 24 FM Residents along with LECOM Medical Students by 2027
  • State of the Art Facility
  • EPIC EMR, DAX AI Scribe
  • Collegial Med Staff, Excellent long tenured support staff
  • 171-bed hospital expanding to 271 beds
  • Open Heart 2027

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight, evaluation, and review of residents and faculty performance and compliance with required encounters in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Internal Medicine Residency requirements and CMS requirements
  • Outpatient precepting
  • Teaching conferences
