About this position
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals in delivering exceptional guest experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them. Oversight of the day-to-day operation of the Serliana Café, room service, and minibar.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
  • Support F&B operational strategy: Assist in overseeing operations of Food & Beverage department, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Drive guest satisfaction strategy: Lead the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
  • Contribute to revenue growth: Collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop and implement creative menus and effective food and beverage marketing strategies
  • Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

What we need from you
  • Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
  • 3+ years' related experience, including management experience
  • Must speak local language
  • Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.

What we offer
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000. This role is eligible for bonus pay.
