  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and relationship-focused customer experience
  • Assist buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
  • Ensure all agreements, documentation, and customer records are completed accurately
  • Build trust that leads to repeat business and referrals
Team Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Leadership to support dealership growth
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture where activity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction drive success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience required
  • Automotive BDC, Internet Sales, Automotive Sales, Marine Sales, RV Sales, Powersports Sales, or other high-volume dealership sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing CRM systems, customer follow-up, and sales pipelines

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Professional, coachable, and eager to grow within the organization
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
