We got our start building websites and have expanded into a full-service advertising agency, helping our clients take advantage of the fundamental changes taking place in the marketing world – the emergence of digital technologies, expanded multiculturalism, and the transformative impact of social media.

What we are looking for: Media Supervisor

What you'll be doing:

In the role of Media Supervisor, you will work as part of an integrated team leading media planning and buying across a diverse set of clients. To be considered, candidates must possess strong leadership skills, demonstrate a solid track record of media planning/buying across offline and digital media, be resourceful, able to think on your feet, embrace juggling multiple deadlines and truly enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

  • Work closely with Media Director to craft custom media plans across all agency clients
  • Develop and maintain media workflows and timelines for all projects
  • Manage vendor relationships and stay informed on latest media innovations
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance in all RFPs and negotiations to ensure recommended tactics, partners and programs deliver against stated goals
  • Maintain positive, professional relationship with key day-to-day clients
  • Oversee client billings and vendor invoices
  • Ongoing management of client budgets and flowcharts
  • Report on campaign metrics routinely and recommend optimizations to media mix, tactics and targeting
  • Produce, analyze, and present campaign wrap-up reports
  • Develop and present optimization strategies
  • Closely track media investments and reconcile monthly billing
  • Interface with various internal groups daily to manage media accounts (Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, Traffic)
  • Play a key role in developing recommendations based on insights to aid in new business development
  • Serve as a go-to resource for junior staff and contribute to their development

What you'll bring along:

Agency experience working in highly collaborative, integrated teams.

  • Minimum 4-5 years of integrated media planning with at least one of those being in a supervisory capacity
  • Digital media experience including Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search, Digital Video, Digital and Audio
  • Working knowledge of TV, Radio, Print and Outdoor Media
  • An understanding of the capabilities of each media channel to maximize the impact and components within each campaign
  • Skilled in use of media planning systems (i.e. Strata) and third-party ad server (DCM)
  • Strong aptitude in math
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with exceptional Excel skills (i.e., a strong command of pivot tables and creating compelling presentations in PowerPoint)
  • Critical thinker, leverages data to inform strategic recommendations
  • Strong work ethic and social skills
  • Self-motivated, yet works well in a team environment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
  • Pride in quality of work and an eagerness for feedback on how to improve/develop your skill set
