Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations oversees the execution, trafficking, and performance reporting of multi-channel healthcare marketing campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and outdoor media. This role serves as the primary liaison with external advertising agencies, media vendors, and creative partners, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full alignment with brand standards.
Additionally, the Senior Manager leads physician onboarding marketing, provider photography programs, and routine facility signage audits, while developing operational workflows and analytics reporting to optimize departmental efficiency and campaign ROI.Position Responsibilities
  • Maintains the department's master marketing calendar and oversees the execution of advertising and marketing campaigns across service lines, physician groups, and organizational initiatives.
  • Coordinates campaign deployment across digital, print, television, radio, outdoor, social media, and other channels, managing media schedules, trafficking timelines, production deadlines, vendor deliverables, quality assurance, and launch readiness.
  • Serves as the primary liaison with advertising agencies, media partners, production vendors, photographers, printers, and other external partners to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with organizational brand standards.
  • Monitors campaign performance, advertising effectiveness, website activity, patient engagement, and reputation management metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations regarding creative, messaging, audience targeting, media allocation, and future campaign strategy.
  • Prepares concise monthly and quarterly reports for marketing leadership highlighting active campaigns, key performance indicators, outcomes, insights, opportunities, and recommended next steps.
  • Represents the marketing department during physician onboarding and coordinate related marketing activities, including biography development, photography, website profile creation and updates, business listings, and other digital directory needs.
  • Leads the organization's physician and service line photography program by developing coverage plans and coordinating physicians, office managers, clinical leaders, models or talent, photographers, schedules, releases, shot lists, approvals, and asset organization.
  • Conducts routine audits of hospital campuses, physician offices, and satellite locations to ensure signage, displays, collateral, and other patient-facing materials remain current, professionally presented, and compliant with organizational brand standards. Coordinates the removal or replacement of outdated, damaged, unauthorized, or inaccurate materials as needed.
  • Maintains visibility into active projects and campaign timelines, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement processes, tracking tools, and reporting practices that improve efficiency, accountability, and execution across the department.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, proactively identify opportunities and potential issues, and build strong working relationships with physicians, operational leaders, clinical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive initiatives through completion.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, advertising, campaign operations, media trafficking, integrated marketing, or a related field, including at least three (3) years independently leading complex, multi-channel campaigns and agency or vendor relationships.
    • Demonstrated experience coordinating campaigns across digital, print, television, radio, outdoor, social media, and other advertising channels, including media schedules, trafficking timelines, production deadlines, quality assurance, and launch readiness.
    • Experience analyzing campaign and digital performance and translating results into clear reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated ability to proofread and quality-check marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and production readiness.
    • Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, with the ability to make minor design edits, resize or adapt existing creative, and prepare materials for review or trafficking, preferred.
    • Healthcare marketing experience, or experience within another complex or highly regulated organization, strongly preferred.
    • Experience with physician or provider marketing, digital business listings, and photography or content production preferred.
