Job description

This Role is based in Boise Idaho and the candidate selected is expected to work in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The Media Coordinator is the glue that keeps our traditional media team running smoothly. Part organizer, part problem-solver, and part media wizard, this role supports three key areas of the media department: media trafficking, media finance, and media buying support.

You'll be the go-to person for ensuring creative assets make it from our team to media partners on time and in tip-top shape; whether that's broadcast TV spots, radio commercials, print and magazine ads, or eye-catching outdoor creative. You'll also help keep the data flowing by gathering traditional media impression metrics for our analytics team and supporting media finance through client pre-billing and reconciliation.

Success in this role comes from being proactive, adaptable, and exceptionally organized. If you love checking things off a list, catching the details others miss, juggling multiple priorities, and collaborating with a great team to make big things happen, you'll fit right in.

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Execute trafficking of traditional media assets across print, linear TV, broadcast audio, outdoor, and out-of-home channels.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of media specifications by channel and communicate directly with regional media vendors
  • Contribute print media impressions and cost data to reporting dashboards
  • Proofread and quality check artwork and creative assets before delivery
  • Review trafficking specifications to ensure deliverables are accurate and clearly communicated
  • Participate in quality assurance processes before and after campaign launches
  • Request and track proof of performance, including affidavits, screenshots, outdoor POPs, and tearsheets
  • Collaborate with the finance team on pre-billing tracking, reconciliation, campaign pacing, balance sheet management, and invoice follow-up
  • Maintain the media teamโ€™s internal project tracking system (ClickUp) and coordinate workflow with project managers

Requirements

What youโ€™ll bring:

  • 1โ€“3 years of professional experience required; agency or marketing experience preferred
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
  • Curiosity and comfort with emerging AI technologies, with the ability to thoughtfully incorporate AI into day-to-day workflows to increase efficiency and uncover insights
  • Comfortable managing budgets and financial tracking
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence and curiosity to identify solutions independently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, or AirTable)
  • Eager to learn about media

Benefits

  • Benefits
    • 100% Employee Owned
    • Opportunity for Bonus
    • Paid Parking at our office locations
    • 401 (k) plan with a match
    • Agency-paid medical, life, and short-term disability insurance, along with options for vision, dental, additional life, and long-term disability insurance
    • A generous time off program, including family leaves and volunteer work
    • Great clients!!
