Job description

At Power-Flo Technologies, youโ€™ll be part of a team that supports the electrical, industrial, mechanical, and automation industries with trusted products and real-world solutions. As the Outbound Sales Representative, you will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to nurture sales leads and set up appointments.

Monday - Friday. Open to part-time and full-time schedules between the hours of 7 AM - 5 PM.

Salary Range: $19/hour + bonus potential

Outbound Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls and emails to potential customers to pitch our products and services
  • Field inbound calls from prospective customers answering any questions
  • Gain product and service knowledge and stay up to date with our offers
  • Research potential customers
  • Vet potential customers through a sales funnel
  • Track the contact list and maintain customer records
  • Take detailed call notes and record feedback
  • Follow sales scripts
  • Meet or exceed sales goals

Outbound Sales Representative Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

  • Experience in outbound sales
  • Cold calling and/or call center skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required
  • Strong customer service skills including phone etiquette, active listening, persuasiveness, and determination
  • Persistent and results oriented
  • Eager to gain product knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Works well independently
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications
  • A driver's license is required to travel to trainings as needed
  • Automation and industrial product knowledge a plus.
