The ideal candidate will be:
  • Seasoned Expertise: Minimum of five years of progressive, hotel sales experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
  • Sales Success: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Educational Background: A college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field is preferred, or you possess substantial professional experience demonstrating equivalent expertise.
  • Dynamic Leadership: You are a highly dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of adeptly managing multiple functions and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
  • Technological Proficiency: You are proficient in computer and software applications and have a preferred working knowledge of Delphi.
  • Local Market Insight: Familiarity with, or prior experience, in the local market is a distinct advantage for this role.

Qualifications
  • Communication & Perception: Regularly required to communicate verbally, hear, and visually perceive information.
  • Prolonged Sitting: Ability to sit for 90% or more of an 8-hour work shift.
  • Lifting & Movement: Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.
  • Visual Acuity: Possess various visual abilities, including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
  • Technological Use: Proficiency in using a computer and answering phones.
  • Work Environment: Work is performed in a typically low-noise, indoor office environment.
  • Schedule: Ability to shift schedule based on the needs of the hotel and customer.
  • Travel: Requires a flexible schedule for travel to represent Outbound Park City at regional and national hospitality conferences
