Outbound Appointment Scheduler (Part-Time)

Compensation: $17/hour + commission

Employment Type: Part-Time ( 32 hours per week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Appointment Scheduler to support our sales team by generating leads and setting appointments with prospective clients. This role is essential in driving new business opportunities through consistent outbound calling and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from an existing database
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
  • Document call outcomes and maintain detailed notes
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating appointment schedules


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable making outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
