  • Assist the Corporate Safety Director in managing the existing safety program.
  • Perform daily inspections of projects in the assigned division to ensure employees are adhering to Company safety policies and procedures as well as ensuring compliance with CFR 1926 standards.
  • Assist Division Managers and Operations Managers in any safety matters that arise such as development of site-specific safety plans, emergency action plans, and documentation of safety.
  • Prepare and submit a weekly safety report to the Corporate Safety Director and Division Manager outlining any safety-related issues and/or non-compliance matters.
  • Document and all incidents and/or injuries and take appropriate action under the direction and in accordance with corporate case management system(s).
  • Assist in training, orientation and coaching of employees.
