The Activity Leader will help lead assigned activities within designated programs.

  • Have complete knowledge of emergency procedures to ensure the safety of children.
    Accept and demonstrate the YMCA Core Values while maintaining a cooperative, professional attitude with participants, parents, and staff.
  • Provide a quality program environment that considers each child’s needs and supports the YMCA’s goals and objectives.
  • Treat children with dignity and respect and engage with them positively.
  • Supervise, demonstrate, and lead activities.
  • Assist with planning and implementing the daily program.
  • Provide consistent communication to parents and participants as needed.
  • Attend all required staff meetings and training programs.

Perform other duties/assignments as needed at the YMCA.
