Role : Full stack Developer (W2 Position)

Location : Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience: 8+ Years

Experience Required:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting the full software implementation lifecycle, with a mandatory focus on Origami, DuckCreek, or Guideware SaaS solutions.
  • THIS POSITION REQUIRES Origami insurance experience.
  • Experience integrating these solutions with third-party systems is highly preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Full-Stack Development Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in both front-end and back-end software technologies.
  • Cloud & Digital Platform Experience: Proven experience working with cloud-based and digital platforms.
  • Agile Development Expertise: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, XP).
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Excellent collaborative skills, proven ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, designers, and product owners.
  • Adaptable Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of adapting communication style to diverse audiences.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex decision-making processes effectively.

Skills Preferred:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, XML, C#, HTML/CSS, JSON, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with database migrations, conversions, and integrations across diverse software systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile development, DevSecOps practices, APIs, microservices, and test automation tools (Cypress, Newman Postman, Selenium).
  • Experience with SCM tools like GitHub. Basic understanding of cloud architecture, security, platforms, and automation.
