Graham is actively recruiting an Organizational Development Advisor supporting the Corporate Services division. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, the Organizational Development Advisor plays a key role in supporting enterprise talent and organizational development initiatives by enhancing employee experiences, strengthening culture and engagement, coordinating learning and leadership programs, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing systems and processes that enable employees and leaders to learn, grow, and succeed.

This role is a temporary 6 month contract.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Administer and optimize learning and talent management systems, including LMS, SharePoint, and SAP SuccessFactors technologies
  • Coordinate organizational development, employee engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives across the organization
  • Support the delivery of leadership development, learning, and Talent Management programs and events
  • Manage program logistics, communications, documentation, and operational processes to ensure seamless execution
  • Develop and deliver engaging communications, campaigns, and resources that drive employee participation and awareness
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide responsive support to employees and leaders
  • Produce and analyze reports, dashboards, and workforce insights to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness
  • Identify and implement process improvements, governance practices, and digital solutions that enhance Talent Management operations and employee experience

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Postsecondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Adult Learning, or a related field; related certifications or professional designations are considered an asset
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting organizational development, learning, employee engagement, human resources, or related corporate functions, including enterprise program coordination, digital platform administration, communications, and data reporting
  • Software & Systems: Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital collaboration platforms; experience with SAP SuccessFactors (LMS, Goals, Development modules), Talent Intelligence Hub, and Viva Engage is required
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of organizational development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, project coordination, stakeholder management, internal communications, data analysis, process improvement, systems thinking, and customer service
