Warehouse Order Selector – Full-Time
Location: Portland, OR 97211
Shift: Mid Shift – Starts at 11:00 AM (until completion)
Availability: 7 days a week (weekend availability required)
Benefits & Pay/ Bonus Structure:
  • Hourly Rate: Base rate of $21.00/hour Additional wage premium and production bonuses available with potential to raise average wages up to approximately $33.00/hour (if work performance criteria is met).
  • Performance Wage Premium: Additional $1.00–$2.00/hour based on meeting work performance goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed system and electric pallet jacks.
  • Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment.
  • Load completed orders onto trucks.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior experience using motorized pallet jacks is REQUIRED.
  • Able to lift 50–70 lbs repeatedly and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Warehouse or similar physical labor experience required.
  • Must be available to work full shifts and weekends.
  • Comfortable working in cold, wet environments (15°–75°F).
  • Able to consistently push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic English comprehension.
  • Non-slip footwear required.
