Job description

Position: Order Management and Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
Location: Chicago, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Order Management and Customer Service Representative to start IMMEDIATELY at $20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Provide product and service information to customers and manage customer accounts
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints regarding damages, shortages, and incorrect items
  • Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on inventory status
  • Utilize MS Office, network systems, and spreadsheets for order processing and documentation

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior industrial customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong math skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Spreadsheets)
