Company Overview
An established Japanese food wholesale company is seeking a Sales Support / Customer Service Coordinator for its Hayward operation. The company supplies Japanese food products and beverages to restaurant and food-service customers throughout Northern California.
Position Summary
This position provides customer service, inside sales support, order and invoice processing, and general administrative assistance. Professional Japanese language ability is required to effectively support business operations, along with strong knowledge of Japanese food products and terminology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service and support in-house sales activities.
  • Process customer orders and invoices and perform accurate data entry.
  • Compile and maintain numerical, sales, and operational information.
  • Support sales representatives with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Organize and improve office procedures to support efficient daily operations.
  • Assist with warehouse-related operations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
  • Manage multiple administrative and customer requests while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications
