Position Overview

ACE Backstage is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Office Associate to join our small, fast-paced office environment. This role is the primary voice and face of our daily operations. You will manage incoming phone calls, handle customer email inquiries, and accurately input purchase orders into our software.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team setting, possesses excellent communication skills, and takes pride in data accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

Order Processing: Accurately input client purchase orders into our processing software, tracking shipments and updating accounts.

• Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding product availability, order status, and basic tracking.

• Communication Management: Answer and route incoming phone calls, greeting clients and filtering inquiries to the appropriate team members.

• Administrative Support: Assist the Office Coordinator with daily office organizing to maintain a smooth workspace.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (heavy email interaction)

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
