Overview
Receives, reviews, and processes supply orders and catalog orders for internal and external clients through the order entry system. Receives, reviews, and processes safety manual orders utilizing the safety loss database. Provides customer service to internal clients related to order status, delivery information, and specifics for inventory items.
Responsibilities
  • Receives and processes orders from internal and external clients in a timely basis.
  • Post telecheck, credit card and check payments for Direct Marketing orders.
  • Reviews and edits Order Entry orders for errors, discrepancies, and excessive quantities prior to processing.
  • Prints and audits picking tickets for the distribution center prior to order fulfillment.
  • Trouble shoots and resolves inquiries and issues associated with orders.
  • Must maintain an all-inclusive knowledge base of products and services provided by Order Management and Distribution.
  • Monitors and releases back orders in conjunction with the Distribution Supervisor and posts payments accordingly.
  • Produces Safety Training Certificates, Forklift Licenses, and Safety Manuals for the Safety & Loss group.
  • Administers and maintains databases for OE Web and Order Entry.
  • Monitors and modifies the Prebill Report as needed, based on account code and flexfield changes.
  • Maintains a general understanding of the integrated systems utilized by Order Management and Distribution.

Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma - Required

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $ 19 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
